Inform your therapist of any recent procedures (e.g., waxing, peels, injectables, or laser).
Share any allergies, skin sensitivities, or active skincare products you’re using.
Avoid Before Treatment (48–72 Hours): Active skincare (retinol, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C, acne medications).
Facial waxing, exfoliating scrubs, or at-home peels.
Excessive sun exposure or tanning beds.

Post Care

Use gentle, hydrating products (cleanser, serum, moisturiser).
Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily to protect fresh skin.
Stay hydrated and follow any homecare advice given by your therapist.
Avoid for 24–48 Hours: Exfoliating acids, retinol, or acne treatments.
Heat exposure (e.g. hot showers, saunas, intense workouts).
Makeup application (optional, but allowing the skin to breathe is ideal).
Picking or touching the skin—let any extractions or mild redness settle naturally.
